How to Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your personal tracking link. Clicking that link takes you directly to the carrier's live tracking page — no account login required from the carrier's side.

Step-by-Step

Check your inbox for an email with the subject line "Your order is on its way" or similar from MDG Luxury Kingdom Stores.
Open the email and click the Track My Order button or the tracking number link.
You will be taken directly to the carrier's tracking page, where you can see real-time updates on your shipment.

Already have a store account?

Log in to your account at MDG Luxury Kingdom Stores — My Account.
Go to Order History and select your order.
Click the tracking number shown on the order detail page.

Tracking Has Not Updated?

Carrier tracking can sometimes take 24–72 hours to reflect the first scan after your order ships. This is normal, especially for international shipments.

Why does my tracking link say "Label Created" but not show movement?

This means your order has been processed and the shipping label has been generated. It will update once the carrier picks up and scans your package — usually within 1–3 business days.
